Shipping Update: Temporary Hold on Honey Orders

We wanted to take a moment to update you on an issue that’s been impacting many of our customers—and our farm—as we do our best to continue providing you with high-quality, handcrafted products.

Due to an ongoing shortage of employees across major shipping carriers, we are currently unable to ship out honey orders, particularly bulk honey orders. This decision doesn’t come lightly. Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen a significant increase in packages being damaged, lost, misdelivered, or returned to us in unacceptable condition. Despite our careful and extra-secure packing methods, some of the returned items have arrived looking like they went through a war zone.

Because of this, we've made the difficult choice to pause all honey shipments until shipping reliability improves.

🟡 What This Means for You:

  • Bulk honey orders are temporarily on hold.

  • Subscription box orders will still be processed and shipped at this time, as they’ve not been as heavily impacted.

We know this is frustrating, and we’re genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know this: we are absolutely dedicated to bringing you the best product possible. That means not only ensuring the quality of what we make, but also making sure it gets to you safely and in one piece. Until we can confidently say that’s happening, we feel it’s only right to hold off.

We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and will update you as soon as we’re able to resume honey shipments. In the meantime, thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our farm.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we're here for you.
